Springfield really does meet all these factors as a small city, it's a regional education, medical and manufacturing center with several national firms.

In MHPs you will want to look for mobile homes and manufactured homes with mortgages below $7000 in most cases.

Some will stay, but the repetitive jobs (transportation, manufacturing, etc.) will all eventually be automated.

I have read some articles that the general global economy has been slowing down a bit, primarily the manufacturing sector.

Apparently the others have not dealt with bad video cards that Apple refuses to replace, non booting systems with no recourse, OS upgrades that delete all your photos-contacts-calendar or Airs that simply become doa, etc, etc.Manufacturing is manufacturing.

It appears to have mostly manufacturing jobs but I was wondering where most tenants work there.  

Alabama is #3 in auto manufacturing, Honda, Toyata, Hyundai, Mazda, & Mercedes.Boeing, Airbus, & Google are also in the state.Plus, when you win as many national championships in football as Alabama does we get the winner's paycheck.
