We do have other investments in the market with our non-taxable assets (401K) which we plan to use post retirement age (60).

I can go on a long, long winded post but the reality is a lot of people's mistakes are the lessons you can learn from.I started out "investing", not REI, but just general investing in 2005.

My 2 main doubts are the rental prices and the crimes that have occurred around the area (wandering around on reddit posts and past news articles).
