The problem is the overwhelming responses, mostly bad, and the time it takes to make selections, schedule interviews, and go through the whole process.Anyone have any good tips on how they like to find talent and save time in their hiring process?

The "buyers" have already purchased the home that they wind up selecting on the show.  

There is an amazing amount of articles and forum threads on the subject of property management (interviewing, selecting, transitioning, self managing, etc.) with a lot of controversy or pro and cons on the subject of PM vs Self Manage (like this recent article why-you-dont-want-to-be-a-landlord). 

But of course the contractor could play some games with the "discounted rate".I'm hoping others will chime in as I'm sure others have done this.
