They may have great success and can work magic with some other brand.Are they capable of working with both cloud and desktop software? 

My experience shows  that a individual that is not capable of saving to overcome the barrier to entry into personal home ownership, regardless of their market, can not afford to own a home.

Be honest with the seller and disclose that since this property needs a lot more work than you are capable of doing, you need to find a partner for it with more experience so you can make the deal work.

I am currently using AirGMS but their cleaning capabilities are not top notch.

I actually have the capability to all the advertising and due diligence (Cozy), so I'd just need ground support.

And many other times, I've had to fight that even though a supposed "comp" might fall within the mileage restriction, it was outside of the immediate neighborhood and not at all a comp.
