Would it be feasible to partner with someone while still qualifying as an owner occupant?

(you can offer a week for them to pick through and then potentially do an estate sale where the proceeds go to your grandmother if any of that is even feasible)If it were me and it weren't going to break family relations, I would attempt to buy it from your grandmother and have her hold the mortgage.  

So there is no way this is feasible if it is a closing cost credit rather than a repair allowance.

Hi all - My extended family and I are currently on a week long vacation in Garden City, SC (south Myrtle) and are all staying in an ocean front beach house (extended family is here, so we all pitch in to make it feasible).

Financial considerations... low capex, low repair budget, feasible to go longer on loan amortization (I chose 35 years!) 

The Tesla is a great car, and I've driven multiple models, but it's also not yet economically feasible for either Tesla or the average consumer.

I don't buy the argument that its not feasible.

My family owns a small vacant lot in a relatively-desirable area of Metairie, LA (New Orleans suburb), in Bucktown to be exact...I would like to get some feedback from the BP community around potentially trying to do a land lease on this property whereby we grant a developer the right to lease the land, develop an investment property on the land (presumably a duplex or triplex, given its location and size), operate that investment property over a long period of time and pay us scheduled rent over a significantly-long period of time.Is this common/feasible in Louisiana and the Metairie/New Orleans area?

Again, I'm not sure if that is feasible and was hoping more experienced people could assist me with my initial direction.
