I’ve checked meetup but all the meeting have 2 total people attending including the host so doubt I’ll find many connections there and I went on Facebook for some reia’s and all the posts are years old so just trying to get steered in the right direction. 

Once the repair is made, I would file a claim with their insurance for the damage.If they give you any pushback (which they are guaranteed to do), tell them you are going to shout from the highest rooftop about your experience with their company:  Yelp, Google reviews, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. 

There are multiple facebook groups for Airbnb hosts of Tampa that always have cleaning crews and STR specific vendors posting in them so that would be a good start.
