Of course, you want to go with a turnkey provider (if that's the route you go) that keeps annual maintenance costs as low as possible, but there will always be something big that needs a repair when it comes to a long-term investment like that.

Plus a 8 bedroom or even 6 bedroom house is normally considered a party house, because it's exactly what the partiers are looking to rent...the bigger the better.... so you better screen extremely well.

I have seen a few parks  empty halfway during the summer time "I am a mailman" That being said there is a market for these homes but the lot rent is going to add up quickly unless you can sell fast and buy at a low cost.
