The comfort level is all there with moving forward and I'm simply looking for confirmation from a more experienced advisor. 

I know everyone recommends finding an attorney to review your documents but then how do you know your selecting the right attorney.

There are sections on the northwest side that experienced property managers won't touch.

However, I only recommend this to experienced investors that are willing to take the risk of loss, have the relationships with HML's to get the loans done fast, and have the ability to raise cash for closing in case things go sideways.

It is possible to have the partnership structured with your IRA, the process can be cumbersome so it is crucial that you work with qualified and experienced professional who can assist you with proper structure.
