Any other key environmental factors to worry about in the Spring/Woodlands/Tomball area (i.e. flood planes, etc)?

-add new house numbers that fit the style of the home-add a potted plant--colorful, elegant, stylish--at the front door-add a new mat at the front door-park a luxury vehicle in the driveway or garage/carport for photos if the property is more upscale-clean (and organize?)

The craziest part is the assessed value of the property is the same as comparable properties with a much bigger lot (this was a split lot) and have garages (which most people rent out in this neighborhood to contractors and small time handymen for extra income)I really like the property, it has all updated windows, siding and a fairly new roof and utilities.The units are very well maintained but also dated (80s styling)I would not mind putting a few thousand into cosmetics, but with the taxes assessed i wouldnt want them going up significantly.How would I go about getting the property reassessed?

I am behind schedule on my flip, so I have decided to have someone come paint the whole home.It is a 1600 sq ft home, split level style and I want it painted 2 tone.

Our prices never shot up like they did in other styles like California and our building has been stagnant for years as well.

This will have to be done commercial investment style by getting signed NCNDA, MFA, and verifiable POF from your buyers.

But I have seen equally irrational behavior among some Colorado counties that refuse to have open bidding, and sell the large majority of properties without competitive bidding via a lottery style approach, effectively cheating the County of $50,000+ in over bids a year.
