There are various associations such as the American Banker's Association that have classes for members, going through such instruction usually takes a few years to advance to compliance and loan classifications.

What you need is a pep talk from yourself to yourself, become a self instructed motivational speaker, if you will.

He is an entrepreneur with a successful business, but I am a little worried he is going in a little over his head with his real estate development project.

It is often best to pay them to move out with a condition that the move-out satisfies your move-out instructions (I recommend a check-list).  

From my experience as an entrepreneur, and more recently an investor, I'm surprised by how many people never really think about inflation.
