I am promoting a commercial real estate course, but I want to hear from the community what other courses are out there because I haven't been able to find any covering commercial real estate financing - the technical aspects of investing.

The woodlands is promoted as “#1 city to live in” but I’m thinking is more like for families and I’m single….

So some of these syndicators that have a track record and experience have lots of capital chasing them to invest.The newer syndicators often put a fat split to investors to entice them to invest.

Hey @Bruno Mauro,There is not a ton that you can do in this case, but if I was in the same shoes and wanted to boost my income from a property with minimal additional effort, I'd do this.If the tenant leaves, I would furnish the unit and then promote it as a furnished rental for 6-12+ month terms.

Now, it's starting to sound like a promotion, LOL.Verbal judo is a technique, often taught to police officers/law enforcement types that is designed to ask questions to clarify a matter, it may be used to let the other person understand that their point of view or logic isn't logical or appropriate.

Maybe my expectations are too high, but I often find that the pictures make the property look way more enticing, and it's a huge waste of time to go see it because it is nowhere close in person. 

I think those that promote oit of state investing for the masses are promoting a higher risk form of investing that is not appropriate for the masses.
