The wealth and cash flow I am building is just a wonderful consequence that allows me to build wealth for others and enjoy my family.So, BP Community...what is your biggest problem you struggle with right now?

For the most part I enjoy this work, and I'm paid very well to do it, however I never wake up excited to go to work.

Maybe others that have gone through this can speak more to it but if it is with the City of Portland then expect that to be a pain and to cost a lot with the gamble that they don't approve it.4.

the greatest book I ever read was the one I put down and went and found a deal-that book was how to win friends and influence people before that book I had read everything I could on the deals and the ways and the thiss and the that'sone Saturday I told myself I am going to look at and make a offer on a house and I did- I didn't get it or was able to buy the first six I made offers on but that is were my confidence came into place- I was learning how to make deals- that you cannot learn from a book-I hope this finds you with great confidence you will find the deal you will be successful it is a great journey enjoy it

I also enjoyed hearing success stories from others who have achieved significant milestones and touring 3 apartment communities owned by Brad's students.In addition to Brad's group, I also recommend looking into Think Multifamily.

At that point, they may feel comfortable enough to carry on doing their own or may enjoy the local knowledge and safety and security of someone who has the experience to take things to the next level. 

I really enjoyed it and wanted to do it full time badly.  

Also I am a very hands on contractor and have found it very profitable and enjoyable to maintain my own crew for some phases of the building process.
