That is 4 different court houses with up to a 2-3 hour round trip drive to some of them.

Also I just did some driving around the city looking at areas that many of the for sale MLS Multi-Family homes are in and most of them felt pretty unsafe/ghetto.  

I don't think they would handle the sustained low temps we have here.
