Any changes to electrical, plumbing, etc?

I called a plumbing company and they did a scope and clean out of the lines.

Type of plumbing?

@Christopher OrrHi Christopher, Yes its on the towns water.The property condition report stated Plumbing system did not hold pressure?

Everything that came with my home; Appliances, drywall, paint, electrical, plumbing is under warranty for 1 year, my furnace and a/c unit is under warranty for 10 years and the foundation is under warranty for 8 years.

It has w/d hookups, so plumbing is already there.

All this plus dirty ducts could cause odor.This may be a reach, but I have seen where the condensation line was plumbed directly into a plumbing vent stack to drain.

What work do you subcontract out and who do you subcontract it out to (plumbing, electrical,etc)?

At this point I consider myself a ‘jack of all trades’ I can frame out a wall, hang and finish drywall, rip up a floor, repair the subfloor, put down new flooring, basic electrical work like swapping out light fixtures and wiring a run of outlets, strip a roof and lay down new shingles or a metal roof, install a window or new door, hang kitchen cabinets, tile and grout a backsplash, very basic plumbing work like swapping out a tub or sink, I can build outdoor structures like decks, ramps, etc.
