If you're doing renovations in the areas where the asbestos is then it's not just a formality - you don't want to expose yourself, workers and tenants to a potential health hazard.What about sprucing up the areas where there are no asbestos, if possible, to make it livable, getting some cash flow and then saving that toward paying for asbestos abatement?
