BP is definately the place to learn and grow as a real estate investor.

So I consider the yield to be pretty good, considering door knocking is definately low budget marketing. 

Defining your goals and comfort level goes a long way.

@Peter ThirawankanokThe IL Legislature has defined recently amended the real estate act of 2000 so as to define wholesaling as broker conduct (this conduct was previously undefined and thus there is safe harbor for prior acts).

This is "Murphy's Law" as defined. 

I've done some family investing and we didn't go to an attorney for the paperwork BUT we had everything in writing and clearly defined responsibilities.
