Well one company I rescued did this to the tune of 35 times... and as the new low down sub prime buyers started defaulting they did not have enough cash flow to pay the underlying mortgage.. now they bought from folks who were just naïve to how dangerous this model was.. so their credit was critical to them.. next thing you know the original seller is getting late notices.. the low down buyer is squatted in the houses does not go against their credit...

Lucky he didn't electrocute himself, there is a big Capacitor in the system and they tend to run on 230 Volts.Hopefully the next renter is not an 'Expert" on HVAC's like this one.Kind of makes me wonder what other (Dangerous) "Improvements" he made to the place.

The inspection found many many minor problems (like bad outlets, dangerous branches to trim, little minor cracks here and there following concrete blocks but all normal stuff, no diagonal stuff) and 1 major problem, i.e. a couple of rotten/wet wooden beam and wooden floor plank in the crawl space, probably a few thousands dollars (2000-3000) to fix/them, no big deal.
