(That might even be an MLS and not a brokerage policy - but either way, it's very easy to choose wording that doesn't create problems.)Also you may already know this but a lot of agents don't so I'll just mention it, be sure to put your geographic location (i.e. city or cities you work in) in the title tag of the site, it's one of the most important site descriptors from a search engine standpoint.

I have a fairly decent residential construction background being a licensed civil engineer so I knew this could be handled more economically but the buyers did not want to consider any other alternatives and I was financially pinched to sell quickly since I was personally balancing 2 other houses.As far as them knowing who completed the work, they didn't know.
