So he intends to move in, run a $15 Home Depot radon test, and move out if he gets a false positive or reads the test wrong or whatever.

So we told them we will be moving our possessions out and returning the keys by nov 1st and so we did.

Not true but ok I'll go to bank the bank sends me a message today and says that in 21 the property was moved to an s Corp in 22 in was put in just my moms name then in 23 it was put in my sister and mom's name.

The last two tenants broke their lease early (said they got new jobs and had to move).

This is not a good move on the banks part, but they tend to delay any costs as long as they can. 

Moving forward we are exploring possibly combing households due to the large size of the property and the difficulty of upkeep but there are several questions/ issues that need to be addressed so it does not put either of us in a compromised position.When her husband died a friend paid off her mortgage due to it going into foreclosure ( 210k total).

We moved out in 2021 and started renting it out.
