Hi @Marc Boiron ,Came to Houston a while back for my day job, and we've grown to like it (not so much the hot summers, but other things make up for it... ha).I'm focused on wholesaling and rehabbing...

My unit is real close to a university so vacancy is really low since I have 12 month contracts with them ending in August when everyone is returning from the summer.

Next summer, I will be local and no longer in need of property management.

In the brick Vickies, the insulation helps keep interior temperatures down in the summer - especially on the top floor(s).
