Unfortunately in business, you often pay for other peoples mistakes if you don't catch them.

Some people believe that the market may slow as average income in the area catches up with housing.

I'd recommend just having a realllly meticulous inspector to catch all these concerns.

So, person A may pay the bills, but person B reviews all the financial statements and could theoretically catch person A if they start stealing from the company.So, my comment earlier, you shouldn't need everyone to have check-writing capability. 

Since it would be coming from a crypto exchange (Gemini, Coinbase, Kraken) - services which may not be typical for a traditional bank, I was hoping to catch someone that had had some experience doing so and see if there were actual issues or not.

There is no way in hell someone who has been evicted will ever in their life be able to catch up on rents past due for over a year in some cases.  

Hopefully during the winter months when things start to die down a little bit it will allow them to catch up and prices should come down slightly.  

She is prompt to communicate any maintenance issues (roof leak, which didn't catch during rehab as it didn't rain) and the kicker is that they have already paid rent through November.

The catch is that you have to be an owner occupied owner for the first year if using one of these methods for a house.
