But with the casino that was approved a few days ago and us having the dispensers coming I see things our going to change.On another note.In your opinion would it be good to purchase a house for $12,000 with $7,000 in rehab  time frame a month or two with an ARV of $35,000.I went to an investment meeting last night and talked to realtor.

If the accountant has to do the books; he will charge his hourly rate to complete the task.You will save money if you do it yourself.With that said, you may want to consider outsourcing the accounting services if you are unfamiliar with the software or want to focus on tasks that generate you more income(analyzing deals, networking, etc).
