It is true that occasionally the POS has an item or two that seems a bit heavy-handed, and sometimes you can "negotiate" with the inspector. 

An all-access account from Ancestry ($400/yr+) will go a long way and you will occasionally hit the jackpot when you discover “trees” created by others who’ve identified your target.

That line seems to be getting more and more blurred until we are given specific guidelines.
