If I understand part of Bob's method it involves having some serious cash reserves or income streams for at least a part of the time.

Not just big events but local ones like neighborhood Master Chef like cook off's that are live streamed and have our friends in other parts of the U.S. participating where they are (or other festivals, sports watch parties etc) so people meet their neighbors and have a sense of belonging.

Like Netflix/Hulu and other streaming services disrupting entertainment, or Wikipedia replacing the Encyclopedia Brittanica, LEDs replacing incandescent bulbs, Uber/ride-sharing services eviscerating the taxi industry, Crypto-currency revolutionizing banking, etc.  

I still have a team and want to make sure I protect that agent sales income stream as I build this additional one.
