Check with your local authority to see if there is a minimum temperature.

The bank is not going to grant you authorization as they just do not understand. 

For someone that’s clearly trying to make themselves seem like an authority figure, the petty name calling and talking down to others seems pretty childish and it seems like many would agree

Anything purely domestically can never get away from a judges actual authority or the US Constitution Full Faith and Credit Clause.

It does not allow you to use it for other reasons and the PM company would be opening themselves up for a potential lawsuit by giving someone the tenant did NOT authorize the information to use for other purposes.

Google "eviction attorney" and the city the apartment is in, and make a few calls to get some prices (you can always ask if they take credit cards if you don't have the liquid cash at the time).Let the authorities handle any "trouble makers" if needed (that's their job).Good Luck!

If they’re Section 8 tenants on a lease, you can’t just “charge them $100 per month extra” since you can’t charge the tenant anything above what the Housing Authority has approved.

So either you agree that the property will be sold after X number of years, or you give one partner the authority to make that decision. 

The irony is I worked as an affordable housing development project manager for the LA Housing Authority for several years, which also runs the Section 8 Program.
