It does not allow you to use it for other reasons and the PM company would be opening themselves up for a potential lawsuit by giving someone the tenant did NOT authorize the information to use for other purposes.

Google "eviction attorney" and the city the apartment is in, and make a few calls to get some prices (you can always ask if they take credit cards if you don't have the liquid cash at the time).Let the authorities handle any "trouble makers" if needed (that's their job).Good Luck!

If they’re Section 8 tenants on a lease, you can’t just “charge them $100 per month extra” since you can’t charge the tenant anything above what the Housing Authority has approved.
