They let you pull absentee owners, out-of-state owners.. and includes information like Owner Name, Primary Address, # of properties they own, Date Acquired, Price Acquired, Estimated Value.We are cold calling the leads ourselves for now.. looking for a good skiptracing company... along with a good cold-calling company to set up appointments with cold leads.
