I don't know the Ohio tenant-landlord laws, but you wouldn't want to give her any ammunition at the trial; he tore my house apart, it's unlivable, he sent his hired goons to harass me, etc.

Hello everyone, My current situation has me in an apartment for the next 11 months. 

More importantly what they didn’t know is that on these purchases we use the rent market so if the rent market is higher from the rent borrower paid the whole deal falls apart as only the difference can be applied towards the funds to close.

DOES ANYBODY HAVE AN INTRODUCTION TEMPLATE LETTER FOR TAKING OVER THE MANAGEMENT OF A SMALL APARTMENT BUILDING?

The seller wants the purchase to be cash but I don't have access to a private money lender. 

This year the market went down due to oversupply which I suspect will continue till at least 3 years, now the apartment is valued at 260k and rents are down to 22k net.

I love it here, but want to have a place of my own to rent out for income, and go visit whenever I want.I have stayed at some resorts that have a condo/apartment section that you can purchase, and the resort takes care of marketing, booking, cleaning, etc.

Split it into two 1BR apartments, did most of the work by myself which was very interesting, and have been renting them out with virtually 0% vacancy since then.

Top half of the page is basically you making it easy for the appraiser to hit a value you want by doing their research for them.Bottom half is information the appraiser would not otherwise have access to.Square feet is intentionally left off of the top half since appraisers consider it a garbage data point.
