More importantly what they didn’t know is that on these purchases we use the rent market so if the rent market is higher from the rent borrower paid the whole deal falls apart as only the difference can be applied towards the funds to close.

I love it here, but want to have a place of my own to rent out for income, and go visit whenever I want.I have stayed at some resorts that have a condo/apartment section that you can purchase, and the resort takes care of marketing, booking, cleaning, etc.

Top half of the page is basically you making it easy for the appraiser to hit a value you want by doing their research for them.Bottom half is information the appraiser would not otherwise have access to.Square feet is intentionally left off of the top half since appraisers consider it a garbage data point.
