Most of the vacations in a rental this size in this market are going to have a bunch of kids and the adults will want to have a separate living area. 

Many are moving farther out of town for just that reason and taking the short drive into "town" for the multitude of entertainment venues available.  

They have to all fill out application for each adult = $80 per application per each property that they apply for. 

I have them fill out an application and run it as usual so that all adult occupants are treated/processed consistently.

Not only is it very entertaining, it's very informative.

We had an inspection today and we were told that there is no egress out of the basement besides the staircase leading back to the main floor, there are small windows in each bedroom and kitchen area (16-20 inches) I would say but an adult wouldn't be able to climb out of them.

He is a great motivator and certainly entertaining.
