I think both @Dave Foster and I both agree it can be done but my personal feeling is that it needs to be set up correctly and talked through. 

Lots of businesses moving to camden(Subaru HQ, American water HQ, holtec HQ just to name a few. 1 billion dollar project set to break ground fall 2016 on the water front.

This doesn't require you to actually own the property but still control it and potentially set yourself up for money up front, monthly, and on the back end.I am looking to find investors who are using this exit strategy for their business who can provide any Automation tips for the selling process. 

Lenders can set any loan size parameters they wish.

My guess is that the Brokerage might object to this but I wonder if an escrow company might be able to collect the payments to the seller and pay the realtor on a monthly basis out of this money? 

How do i structure a deal of this kind, I think im going to target For rent by owners, if we cant come to an agreement on a cash offer, what do i do to set up seller financing?
