I am working with a realtor and every time I ask her what I could sell a certain property for renovated to see if the numbers work, she looks up the comps, but the problem is most if not all homes in the area have not been renovated and she is going off of those numbers.

I asked the realtor for 5 years of tax returns and rent rolls to see if it was even worth viewing.

Iv'e looked up on realtor,zillow and trulia and still haven't had any luck .
