@Susan Tan congratulations that’s awesome 😊 I’m new to this as well.I have a question when you said you purchased a list from a data company, would you mine to share the name of that company?

My understanding is that there is no federal housing law in place that speaks to this, unless I get an FHA loan potentially.

This home is appraised at $250,000.

I don’t know if this is posted in the right area, please let me know if I should post this elsewhere or if other actions are needed. 

For people reading this - I don’t know the sponsor and this is a general comment but if a sponsor had issues reporting to their customers that should be a giant red flag.

Sticking to the lease in this case will only cause you more problems, not less. 

Is this something that I should pay for?
