The registered agent is listed on all the documents, not the property owner.Your Operating Agreement should list members and authority.

If anyone has personal experience on a home insurance provider they are happy with, I would love to know more about that.2. 

Also I never buy anything from anyone on facebook, while you may think "hey whats $20", its learning to know who is and is not honest in this space and people like this typically are not going to be honest.
