I believe that US government is good at printing money and long term inflation will continue to be above 2+% which should increase rents long term.

I cannot imagine there is much leftover at the end of the day I think the dollar has definitely lost a lot of value - I remember reading a statistic during covid that 80% of all US dollars in existence were printed between like Jan 2020 and October 2021 - 22 months.
