Generally with municipal code violations many areas will be more inclined to waive 'administrative fines' than their hard costs.

Non-payment doesn't eliminate their rights as tenants, nor our responsibility on your behalf.Also, we still have all of the management administration, accounting, even negatives, ledgers, tax forms AND just because no court will take an eviction case....jurisdictions vary, doesn't mean we don't still have to file dispossessory and keep all that eviction activity up to date to basically hold our place in line.

So it is for against wear and tear, painting, repair, administration costs, re-carpeting, etc. 

Maybe I need more information from him but will the SS administration give that info out?  

As nowaday, you can't discriminate against criminal in your building with the Obama new law that just came out. 

I think the main reason you will see such varying opinions about S8 is due to how well the local program administrator does their job.We've either inherited S8 tenants or have chosen S8 tenants to live in our properties.

A housing provider should do everything s/he can to assist, but s/he is not required to make changes that would fundamentally alter the program or create an undue financial and administrative burden.

We reported this to the Complex administration who said they were doing something.
