My idea is to refinance after the rehab, use the proceeds to build the second house, and repeat the process until all seven homes are completed.

The current discussion is that we'll agree on a payment and then "x" amount of each payment (same every month) will go to principal (instead of following an amortization schedule).

I'm pretty sure this is allowed within California based on articles by CRES Insurance, but unsure about how to send clients to other state realtors as a finder.My question is: If I make agreements with realtors in various states outside California, can I send them clients and collect finder fees?
