Apparently, IE is fussing big time...I have no problems on any other sites that I am aware of.As far as my possible desire to learn Ruby and Ruby on Rails, I want to be able to program anything that I dream up, and I used to be able to do this with FoxPro, though I have no interest in using this program any longer.I'm hoping to avoid making a serious mistake (learning to program in Java might turn out to have been a mistake, look at yesterday's news, heheheh!)

The number one mistake is underestimating deferred maintenance when buying.You put off later and have massive expenses that crush cash flow.With those kinds of issues after inspection I would buy much cheaper than initial offer given.
