I suppose that the Alioto's restaurant at Fishermans Wharf is owned by the same family?

The town is a very trendy small town and we eat dinner regularly at the restaurants and I take the kids to the small cinema we are friendly with the next door businesses/neighbors.

Good schools, parks, restaurants, bars, etc.

If I were giving advice for here, I'd say look for the one with a Starbucks or equivalent, a health food store and vegetarian restaurant, a boutique selling clothes with weird fashions, and anything artsy.  

The food here is outstanding with over 300 restaurants in the midtown/downtown area alone.

Of course I worked as a waiter in restaurants for 15 years so I'm comparing it to that. 

Businesses outside of real estate can be syndicated, for instance you can invest in coffee production or restaurants as a  business.

There are three restaurants and bars connected to the resort along with two lakes and miles of trails for whatever activity you desire!

This includes our primary home mortgage, food, gas, car expense, home bills, cell phones, restaurant budget, entertainment....
