The people who ask a lot of questions when all the information is right there will do the same on-site and will leave you a bad review when they can't find the closet full of toilet paper.

I've seen it both ways now and this company has really good reviews so maybe I'm just over thinking the details here but I want to get an idea of what is standard practice. 

Judge your bedrooms and amenities and reviews to know about where you should stand with your rates.- Definitely inflate prices on weekends and slash prices during the week. 

I've been in contact with one provider that will allow me to escrow just two of the properties on a policy but reviews seem mixed and pricing seems like im getting less for the same money I currently pay.

What I find interesting is that buyers will go to a review site to find their inspector and 99% of the reviewers will have done 1 inspection with that person.

BP also provides a great platform to get reviews from investors that have worked with specific providers in the past.
