I personally like to get my "as close to accurate" analysis done using the Internet and then vet that deal with folks on here or call realtors in your area of business and vet it with them as well.

I've researched the internet to include the Philadelphia tax site.

On the flip side, there's no city water or sewer, my address does not exist according to Google maps, and the only broadband Internet available is U-Verse at 6 Mbps.

My husband always has to swear he isn't  50 other guys with the same name so not everything you find on the internet is right.
