The building that is setting on the property was last used is some kind of computer data entry center.  

. - One thing that may be a possibility with your CPAs blessing would be to explore setting it up as a loan to you and after the fact contribute the property into an LLC.

My question, how do i find the owners for these properties if their is no data trail on the county auditors website?  

I remember one spoke of calling dozens of lenders before he found one interested.That said, you might want to explore some of the other content available, too.

Nothing hardcore scary like Newark, but also not "New York pricey" like Hoboken or Jersey City.If nothing else, I'd fully explore all of these spots before taking the leap abroad!
