@Steve Wilcox Very well said, I don't market at all to investor looking to flip, mostly because I understand that they are trying to generate the most bang for there buck, I will however offer advice and even try to get them over to one of my own remodels so that they can get a visual for what it's like to take a house down to the bare studs or even see the foundation form work be done.
