@Abdullahi Mohamed @Osman KhanYes, investment residential real estate. 15% down payment. you cannot do BRRR completely since shariah law doesn’t allow one to acquire a cash loan with interest, so cash outs are never an option.

It is a strong and versatile program, and it can more easily provide you with any list you want for larger properties and MF owners (among other asset classes).
