if separate buildings, you might look into re platting into various lots, but that can get tricky, expensive, and more complications than it may be worth (splitting utilities for one, UECs are expensive).  

Has anyone had luck using a local bank or credit union in Tucson, AZ to refinance a complicated loan, rather than going through Freddie or Fannie?  

In my mind, an agent doesn’t earn their money from the easy ones, they earn on the complicated ones.

If another investment comes along, I could just write myself a check for the additional cash I would need for that one right and I wouldn’t have to incur unnecessary holding costs in the interim with the HELOC.

I liked it more than "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and it really motivated me to stop spending money on unnecessary things. 

This can add unnecessary delays to projects and can cause unneeded stress to homeowners that try to navigate the process on their own.

If you already have pretax IRA assets (not 401(k) or other employer-sponsored plans, just IRAs), then it gets a tad more complicated.  

Getting an eviction started now and involving the attorney is just going to cost you unnecessary monies which will not guarantee they will be out any sooner than Aug 31st. it’s almost July 1st and no matter how fast the Sheriff can serve them, Aug will come very fast. hang in there and do not renew the lease!
