It might be worth the loss on the sale to get the house off the books and move on.My feelings are, you can sell a house on any street, it just all boils down to how little you are willing to sell it for.

Does your lease give the whole driveway to one unit, and instruct the other to park on the street?  

Its for 4 houses all on the same street, the owner got into some financial trouble so he's motivated.

Remember, it is a two way street.

Quiet streets. 

Start with your neighborhood and get to know each street.

If you don't want to provide the exact address, you could at least provide the street, closest intersection, neighborhood, etc.

These folks are of course often times landlords today (or have impressive Wall Street assets, etc).I'd suggest that the latter group are better off than the former.

Meticulously maintained, all brick, historic home on coveted street a few minute walk from OSU campus. 5-6 bedrooms, only one bath and not so easy to turn into duplex.
