Would Arizona be a better starting spot?

Aside from this one spot the basement has a french drain system that catches the water before it rises through the floor and directs it to the sump pit.

Can you reconfigure parking if currently at 90 degree to 60 degree to get more spots or deeper parking spots for higher revenue?  

So instead of one spot, try driving around to a few in a day.

That way I could electronically sign and upload documents.I made a trip out to Phoenix and spent an entire day driving around and looking at the different properties, which were spread out amongst 5 different cities/suburbs.

So I have this older house, bought as a student rental for my own son and his buddy/roommates, all of whom have lots of electronic devices (computers, laptops, xBoxes, projectors, phone chargers, etc etc).  

Will this company provide you a termite clearance and guarantee with a spot treatment?

@Matt Smith, cheaper houses in less stellar spots sometimes require more hands on work. 

I currently use cozy.co for rent collection and I have other systems such as docusign for electronic leases, etc. 

So many people can present offers that aren't anywhere near what they appear....Not that you need or will know everything, but you need to know enough to spot the BS...
