A single bed in a hostel here in town runs between $11 to $20 per night, depending on the location and attractiveness of the property.

It came up on Zillow, in a mostly single family neighborhood.

I’m looking to buy my first single family home or even maybe a duplex in the next 6 months (doing seller financing) I want to find the best real estate attorney that works best for me in advance.

We have prior experience flipping and leasing Single Family houses but new to apartment buildings.

I planned on steering clear of the single family route, but planned on house hacking as soon as I graduated with a 3-4 family using the BRRRR strategy, and I'd like to repeat that for at least a few years, using FHA loans and refinancing at the end of each year to get a few cash flowing properties under my belt.

I'm spending a few months along the west coast of Florida this winter, north of Tampa, and plan to look at single family houses, as well as small multi-family properties.  

Obviously, don't ask every single one of these questions to every single property management company during the initial conversations.

I currently own a 4plex that will generate between $1200-$1500/mo after expenses, and a single family that gives me $325/mo after expenses.
