Then, find 3-5 contractors to bid on your work, assuming you have a project to work on.

And with interest rates decreasing and supply normalizing over the next year or so as the area adjust to the new batch of cabins that came online recently, prices will start to go back up again.   

Do I buy as low as I can to afford mortgage with 0 down and use 300k for big bear or put a larger down on primary home.

I’ll have to keep everyone posted on my experience.

A few of the sellers I've spoken with  and who previously offered the broker fee as a marketing tool are getting frustrated with this type of behavior and want to shift away from offering a co-op and instead make it a negotiable concession when genuine effort is made on the part of the buyer agent.  

Focus on strong markets, tenant management, and explore financing options.

The land is unbuildable for residences and we build these storage workshops on the properties.
