It's different if he's letting a pipe leak and destroy your floors or cabinets, and of course you don't want to run your compressor without freon (most units have auto shut-offs that won't let the compressor run with low freon), but things that aren't emergencies for the unit, if he doesn't tell you for weeks, then you get to them when your people are able to schedule, and that's that.

The end of forbearances will become the new wave of "loan workouts", and many simply wont be able to work it out.You simply cant shut it all down for two years and expect to not have to pay the piper at some point.
