HUD usually has a downloadable property condition report available online that can be helpful, although some of them are fairly cursory.

Among all the other nonsense, they reported my property to the City Building & Safety Dept., which came back with 4 very minor items.

TJ,Often we would want to do a home inspection and when the report is generated with the estimate, typically we would request a credit off the price for those future repairs.

I have a real estate agent sending me daily reports, in which i see some good potential deals.  

That North-side label is used too often in the local news reporting shootings, etc. 

My report date is Aug 26. 

Were these some of the reports that you looked at?
