We're having issues finding a reliable and affordable cleaner.

Need help with finding a reliable cleaning company which does the cleaning/restocking, and some kind of hands/eyes on the ground which can just go there and take care of things in case of emergency, for example, the door is not opening for guests or the door is left open or something like that.

Problem tenants/squatters/ drama queens that feel entitled.Finding reliable contractors/ handymen that get in and get out at a reasonable timeframe  for reasonable price.

Honda civics are a modest car, reliable, hold there value and good for someone your age. 

I am looking for suggestions if someone can share their first hand experience about this market.. also some good recommendations about reliable property management/contractors.

Doing due diligence on the property is the probably the most reliable way to determine the property's current condition and check your underwriting.

Will not invest out of country (yet :))- Capable of and would enjoy doing the majority of the rehab work if the property were in or close to Austin- Obtaining a mortgage likely not an issue given W2 income, credit score & DTI - The only market with applicable relationships (to help until a reliable team is established) is in Jacksonville, FL- Have 20 - 30 business hours and 10 - 20 outside of business hours per week to dedicate to this effort(s)- Have been learning REI like a machine for the last 6 months and ready to move on 1st deal now Thanks in advance!
